We are delighted to announce that Joseph Kierwiak has accepted a promotion to serve as the District Executive for Scatacook District effective January 1st. Since beginning with Connecticut Yankee Council in September, Joe has been serving as a District Executive in Quinnipiac. He had been with Connecticut Rivers Council prior to joining our council.
