Troops can arrive Friday, October 15th and will be located in Cedars. Troops will be responsible for all meals themselves.
Fourth grade Webelos and 5th grade Arrow of Light scouts can arrive Saturday morning at 8 am for a check in and opening and will be at 8:30. All cubs and their families will be staying in Pines.
Program will then start at 8:45 and sessions will be taught in Daneher Pavilion.
- The 5th grade AOL scouts will do activities with the Scouts BSA troops there to fulfill requirements for: Outdoor Adventure and Scouting Adventure.
- The 4th grade scouts will work on these adventures with their parents shadowing: Webelos Walkabout, First Responder, and Cast Iron Chef.
Cub Scouts and their families will be provided with a campfire cooked lunch on Saturday as well as a light breakfast on Sunday. The 4th grade scouts will have to come prepared for some outdoor cooking for dinner on Saturday to fulfill the Cast Iron Chef requirements. 5th grade scouts will be encouraged to join their units for dinner in their campsite.
All scouts will get a patch at closing ceremonies on Sunday. We will also have a very quick interfaith service before packing out on Sunday morning.
