Orlando Busino Honored for his work for Scout’s Life Magazine
Long time illustrator for Boy’s Life, now Scout’s Life Magazine, Orlando Busino was honored at the Powahay/Scatacook fall Camporee in October. He created a beloved character, “Gus” the dog that debuted in the January issue of Boy’s Life in 1970. At 95 years, Busino continues to illustrate for the magazine today.
